What is free, and what is not
Building your CV, picking from 32 templates, writing your letter with Goupil, checking your CV against ATS filters and exporting as plain text: all free, no account, no limit. The pass unlocks PDF and Word downloads.
Why this is written so plainly
Because the industry does the opposite. The best-known CV builders advertise a “€1.95 trial” that turns into €23.90 every four weeks, or €76.80 a year renewed without warning. The box is pre-ticked, the notice is small, and cancelling has to be hunted down. We have no renewal to cancel: when your pass ends, it ends.
What people ask us
What happens when the pass ends?
Nothing. You can no longer download as PDF or Word, and that is the only difference. Your account, your CVs and your letters stay intact, and text export keeps working.
Is my card stored?
No. Payment goes through Chariow, and we neither see nor store your card details. Since nothing renews, there is no reason to keep them.
Can I get a refund?
Write to us from the contact page and say what went wrong. A one-month pass at $5 is not worth arguing over.
Do I need an account to pay?
Yes, so the pass is attached to something. Sign in with Google or a link sent by email — no password to remember.
